  1. Purposes of the Data Processing

Eminence TechnoSys collects, processes, and uses your personal data to the extent required to fulfill the respective purpose or for purposes which you have consented to; these purposes being: providing the services that you want to make use of while using our websites, including but not to downloads, discussion boards, online job applications, individual requests (e.g. using our contact form), blogs, registration to our courses and other offerings, the creation of statistics and the improvement of our websites and the offered services in order to ensure the security of our websites, and if you have consented to it, for marketing purposes especially sending our email newsletters. Eminence TechnoSys also uses the personal data provided for purposes of contract management and processing your inquiries and requests.

Moreover, the information provided to us may be combined with data on you that has already been stored by us. Such data combination allows us to keep the data collected by us updated, in order to provide for the accuracy of the collected information and to optimize our service to you.

Beyond these purposes, we use and process your data only if you have expressly granted your prior consent thereto and if you have been informed about such purposes.   • The first name, last name, date of birth, email address, postal address, country, job title, telephone number, fax number, company, products of Eminence TechnoSys that are in use,

For statistical purposes and internal system-specific purposes, Eminence TechnoSys also collects, processes, and uses your usage data in combination with your IP address and information about the amount of transmitted data stored in log files. The log files are used to statistically analyze visits to our websites. The data is being deleted after it has been analyzed for statistical purposes.

Eminence TechnoSys has contracted external data processing service providers to collect, process, or use personal data on behalf and according to the instructions of Eminence TechnoSys, such service providers support Eminence TechnoSys, especially relating to hosting and operating the websites and blogs, marketing purposes, statistical analysis, improving the websites and sending our email newsletters. These service providers may be located outside the European Union or the European Economic Area which means that the level of protection in respect to data protection law might differ from the level of protection provided by European data protection legislation.

Eminence TechnoSys is a globally operating corporation. In order to better process your matter, it might be necessary to forward your data to local subsidiaries or to local distribution partners, whose registered offices might also be located in countries outside the European Union. However, such transmission takes place only within Eminence TechnoSys group companies and only for the aforementioned purposes.

If you have provided us with your email address for purposes of communication or promotion, we will use your data to communicate with you or send you promotional emails based on your interests. Our E-mail communication includes the possibility to revoke your consent at any time, should you no longer desire to receive such information. On our websites, if it is available now or will be offered in the future, we may offer you the possibility to participate in discussion boards and blogs. Refund Policy

Acceptability for Refund:

At Eminence TechnoSys each and every project is important to us and we ensure that we take care of each task with the utmost sincerity and professionalism. We aim to comply with all the conditions and terms stated clearly on the proposition. If you at any time in development are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund.

Website or Web application:

  • A project can only be canceled within 3 days after signing the project agreement. If there is a refund, the client will get a refund within 15 days of the claim.
  • In case any client who is not satisfied with our services wants to postpone the project in the middle of the development then we can consider a refund within 30 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the hourly charges for the work completed by our team.
  • Eminence TechnoSys team fail to meet any requirements outlined in agreement upon assessed by us then we can consider a partial refund within 30 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made considering the amount of time it will require to complete the task.

Graphic Design, Logo, video or corporate identity:

The client is eligible for and can request a full refund of the amount in respect of a project if: –

  • no submissions are made by Eminence TechnoSys team prior to the Deadline
  • none of the submissions provided by the Eminence TechnoSys team meet the minimum requirements outlined in the client’s brief upon assessment by us.
  • The client will not be eligible to request a refund of the first installment if the client decides to stop the project after a few submissions by the Eminence TechnoSys team.

Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, & Internet Marketing:

All SEO and SMM work is done manually to ensure the best results, so if any client continues using our service after the first month of the SEO or SEM or PPC campaign then it will be considered client is satisfied and want to continue the service further.

  • A partial refund will be eligible if our team fails to make committed progress outlined in agreement upon assessed by us then we can consider a partial refund within 30 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the hourly charges for the work completed by our team.
  • A partial refund will be made if we miss the submission deadline
  • If any client wants to cancel or unsubscribe our service after the first month of the SEO campaign then the client has to send us a written service termination email before the next billing cycle.
  • A refund will not be eligible if a client asks for a refund after the billing date.
  • A refund will not be eligible to any domains that are blacklisted or become blacklisted due to the client’s fault.
  • A refund will not be eligible if the client asks for a refund after receiving contents and reports of the services done.

Web Hosting:

Hosting payments of all types whether current or past months are non-refundable even if that was not been used. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and allocated with a number of server resources depending on the plan you purchased.

If you order a hosting account but do not use it, payment will still be due and payments that are 15 days past due will trigger an account suspension.

Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation notice is received in writing. Hosting paid up to 12 months in advance and canceled before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet used.

The procedure of Refunds:

All refunds will be processed and mailed within 30 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed that is

–  if paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the same credit card number provided at the time of purchase, and in case of debit card/bank payments refund will be made to the same account.
